Our Services

We realise that it is not always possible for you to be in when we call. In which case we will leave a calling card, with a mini invoice on the reverse. We will state the date of clean and the price of clean. We will also provide a Pre-Paid Envelope

Online Payment can be made made via PayPal Using your Debit/Credit Card or your existing PayPal Account. You do not need a PayPal account to use this feature.

How Do I Use This Feature?.....

When making PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payments;

1. Please click either button on your left

2. In the description box please enter your address, the service you had and the date(s) we

Called to you.

3. In the unit price box you will need to enter the amount owed.

4. You will then need to update totals.

5. You can then either enter your PayPal login details and click login

enter your Card details then click review order and continue.*

Online Banking

Using your Internet Banking; you can make One Off Payments or set up a Standing Order.

If you wish to set up a Standing Order, you will first need to specify the date of first payment (this would be 28-30 days after we last called to you). You will then need to specify the interval between payments. PLEASE NOTE: We work on a four week rotation, if you have scheduled cleaning for every 4 weeks, that would make it possible to have 13 cleans per year, but due to unforeseen problems we can only promise 12 cleans per year

What if I'm not able to pay via any of these methods or i need to enquire about methods of payment?

Please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to assist you. If your only method to pay is cash please Contact Us and we will find a convenient time to call back for the money.

We request that payments are sent within 14 days of Window Clean. Unpaid cleans are only permitted to a limit of two periods, unless it has been prearranged any different. After that, window cleaning will be stopped until payment is received if full. It is also under managers discretion if a debt is allowed to ' double up'

*PAYPAL is a online payment systems that enables individuals and businesses to send money to anyone with an email address. When you make a PAYPAL payment NO personal details (card, address etc) are disclosed to us.
